  • Prices are subject to change based on job complexity, property condition, or additional requested services.


3. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area
  • Secure pets and personal belongings
  • Ensure all windows and doors are closed
  • Notify us of any fragile surfaces, pre‑existing damage, or special considerations

We are not responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed issues or unsafe conditions.


5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Invoices are sent through our CRM platform, QuoteIQ.
  • Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, or other methods listed on your invoice.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for high‑quality results. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will return to address the issue at no additional cost, when reasonable and applicable

This guarantee does not apply to stains or buildup that cannot be removed safely.


7. Liability and Limitations

While we take great care in our work:

  • We are not liable for pre‑existing damage, loose materials, or surfaces that fail due to age or deterioration
  • We are not responsible for water intrusion caused by faulty seals, damaged siding, or structural issues
  • Certain stains (rust, oxidation, oil, organic growth) may not be fully removable

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.


8. Use of Customer Information

We collect customer information (name, address, phone number, email) solely for:

  • Estimates
  • Scheduling
  • Service delivery
  • Invoicing and communication

  • We will return to your property to address the concern at no additional cost, when reasonable and applicable

This guarantee applies to workmanship issues only. It does not apply to stains, buildup, or damage that cannot be safely removed.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to correct a valid service issue after a follow‑up visit
  • A service was billed in error
  • A service was canceled by us before work began

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Pre‑existing damage or deterioration
  • Stains or discoloration that cannot be removed safely
  • Issues caused by faulty materials, aging surfaces, or structural problems
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on unrealistic expectations or results outside the scope of the service


3. Deposits (If Applicable)

If a deposit is required for certain services:

  • Deposits are refundable only if the service is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • Deposits are non‑refundable for same‑day cancellations or no‑shows


4. Weather‑Related Delays

If we must reschedule due to weather or unsafe conditions:

  • You will not be charged any cancellation fees
  • If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, any deposit (if applicable) will be refunded


5. Payment Disputes
